At Al Mulla Industries, we undertake and deliver the most challenging projects. We have an in-house facility with the latest design software suites PVElite, Compress, AUTOCAD, and SolidWORKS. Our Heavy Pressure Vessel manufacturing facility is well equipped with overhead cranes of up to 40 Ton capacity, CNC controlled Rolling Machine, CNC Plasma cutting machine for 12M x 3M plates of up to 60 MM thickness, dedicated fabrication bays for stainless steel, lightweight carbon steel vessels, structural, and piping fabrication, NDE & Hydro-Test facility, Grit Blasting, closed heat-chamber painting, final assembly, and inspection.
- Pressure Vessels, parts, and power-piping are constructed in accordance with the KOC, KNPC, ASME Boiler, and Pressure Vessel Code Section I, VIII Division 1/2, and ASME B31.1, respectively
- Stamped with ASME Certification Mark and relevant ASME Certification Designators S / U / U2 & R, as applicable
We also undertake repair, alteration, and re-rating in accordance with National Board Inspection Code and mark with R Stamp.
