Chassis Frame

:

The welded construction comprises of two I-beam main load carrying members, with close pitch-cross members, outriggers and side runners made of rolled section. The sections are carefully designed to provide maximum load bearing capacity
with low unladen weight; this provides maximum payload construction and ensures maximum Torsional stability

Floor

:

Chequered plate, of 10 mm thickness.

Front Supports

:

Telescopic mechanical type, two speed landing legs will be provided. (Jost make or equivalent make)

King Pin

:

Alloy steel King Pin of 3 ½” diameter, as per ISO/ SMMT standard will be provided. (Jost or equivalent make)

Brakes

:

Two line braking system. The brakes are of internal expanding-shoe type and S-Cam quick change type, with life liners. Brake drums are made of cast iron and have better wear resistance and heat dissipation capabilities.

Electrical

:

The electrical installations comprises of one set of plug and socket, two sets of Tail Lamp combination, standard reflectors, 7 way quick release connector and necessary wiring.

4 x 16 Tons – Underslung spring suspension axle (Made in Germany)
