Design

:

The Fuel Tank Semi-trailer is designed to be loaded and unloaded as per guidelines of KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company).

The loading process in KNPC depots, from top or bottom, is applicable as recommended by KNPC.

1000 IG to 6000 IG

Tank

:

A trailer chassis, suitable for the tank, is fabricated using high-tensile steel with an all welded construction.

Axle

:

Heavy Duty Tandem Axle – 2 x 14 Ton

Tires

1200 R 22.5, Tyres, 8 + 1 Nos. (spare)

King Pin

: 2″ King Pin is provided to hook up the trailer to the tractor head.

Brake

:

Electronic Brake System (EBS)

EBS fitment on axles with control for braking (Subject to the tractor-head having this option)

Landing gear

:

A pair of landing gears (JOST–A 400 or equivalent) will be provided for parking support to the trailer.

Tanker

:

The tank has welded steel construction. The material used for fabrication conforms to ASTM A36 specifications or equivalent.
