Chasis Frame

: The chassis frame has an all-welded construction, comprising of 2 Nos. of high-tensile steel fabricated or rolled I-Beam as main load-carrying members with close pitch cross-members and side runners of rolled section. The sections are carefully
designed to provide maximum load bearing capacity with low unladen weight; this provides maximum payload construction and ensures maximum Torsional stability. The thickness of the Floor Plate is 4 mm.

: 2” or 3.5” Kingpin complying with ISO standard (Make: JOST or equivalent)

Landing Leg

: Mechanical, Telescopic type, two speed landing legs. (Make: JOST or equivalent)

Brakes

: Two line Air-Brake system. Brakes are internal expanding shoe type and S-Cam quick-change types with life liners.

Electrical

: The electrical installations comprise of one set of plug and socket, two sets of Tail Lamp combination, standard reflectors and necessary wiring.

Inspection & Certification

: Visual Examination, Torque checks and Functional test. Certificate of Manufacturing shall be provided.

Painting

: The complete structure will be painted with one coat of primer followed by synthetic enamel painting system. The under-chassis is in Black colour and body is painted as per the customer’s choice.
